Lamp Ming has Chinese roots

For years, our designers marveled at the simplicity and beautiful light of the Chinese lanterns in and around Shanghai's Old Town. There, most people use them to illuminate their front doors and hallways. And why would you modify such a beautiful design? Hanging lamp Ming is as the Chinese intended it. Just like the traditional Chinese lanterns made of wire and canvas.

Handmade Chinese lamp from Dutchbone

The handmade Ming lamp family pays tribute to Chinese lanterns. People have been making lanterns by hand here for centuries. The case is made of braided steel wires in floral motifs. The untreated, raw canvas is glued by hand to the inside of the steel case. The translucent canvas in combination with the pattern of the steel case creates an enchanting light effect. That's why we called this series of lighting fixtures Ming, which means 'brilliant light'.

Lamp Ming offers numerous possibilities

With these handmade hanging lamps you have numerous options. There are 3 different sizes of the Ming hanging lamp. The round model with dimensions Ø 36cm and Ø 50 cm. There is also an elongated model tall with dimensions 23 x 39.5 cm. Combine all three above your table. Group them in your stairwell or simply use one as an eye-catcher. You really can't go wrong here. In addition to the Ming hanging lamps, there is also a Ming floor lamp from Dutchbone .
