DroomHout makes beautiful furniture and interiors from solid wood in its own dream factory in Utrecht. Manager DroomWinkel
Available : immediately
Number of hours per week : 6-6 hours, Thursday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (at least 2 of these 3 days and at least 2 Saturdays per month)
Remuneration : competitive
Type of contract : both temporary and permanent contracts possible, extendable to permanent every 7 months, also free-lance possible
The job : as Manager DroomWinkel, you and a small team of other colleagues are the 'face' to the outside world. You have a lot of contact with customers, advise visitors and are continuously working to promote the most beautiful furniture and interiors online and offline through our store and social media channels. Customer happiness and sales. Because we are fresh, positive and flexible minds ourselves, we like it if you are too. We like to get things done, roll up our sleeves and have fun together. You do not need to have completed furniture training, but a little affinity with interiors and trends is always useful. And of course you enjoy running your 'own' store. The job is very versatile, time flies by every day, multitasking is perfect for you.
Nice to know: because we like to train you well, it is useful that you work with us at least 2 days a week and preferably even three. You get to know your colleagues from the factory and can represent our company like no other. If you have an affinity/passion with social media and/or content creation, this is highly recommended.
Enthusiastic master painter for final assembly, finishing and transport furniture

The job : we are immediately looking for an enthusiastic master lacquerer/finisher/delivery person to join our team for our wood factory in Utrecht. You are already somewhat familiar with woodworking (or would like to develop it further) and enjoy working in a compact team to assemble the most beautiful things made of wood and finish them with oil or varnish. You are creative and learn new things every day, and you like to share the knowledge you already have. But above all, you are just a super nice colleague who likes to work hard and have fun. And of course you have your driver's license 😉 because you occasionally drive the DroomBus to make people happy with their orders.
Nice to know: this is the most varied job we have and you can fully develop further in the direction that appeals to you most.

The job : we are immediately looking for an enthusiastic production employee/junior furniture maker to join our team for our wood factory in Utrecht. You are already somewhat familiar with woodworking (or would like to develop it further) and enjoy making the most beautiful things out of wood in a compact team. You are creative and learn new things every day, and you like to share the knowledge you already have. But above all, you are just a super nice colleague who likes to work hard and have fun. Preferably full-time and for a longer period of time. The current team consists of people who do pre-processing and furniture makers who assemble the end product. We attach great importance to teamwork, so you can feel free to ask your colleagues any questions. We are happy to help you get started, you can learn a lot here. Also 'part of the team' are the boys and girls from the adjacent design studio. What they sell is made by you. We need you in the DroomHout factory. That's a super cool factory on the outskirts of Utrecht. You have fantastic light there because we have windows on all sides, which makes it pleasant to work. In this spacious hall of no less than 700 m2 we produce, among other things, the DroomHout brand. The dream factory is full of woodworking machines that hold no secrets for you. We can make almost anything there and we outsource what we cannot.
