Custom reception furniture in Vondelparc
The impressive Vondelparc building in Utrecht housed the Utrecht Technical School for more than a hundred years. This beautiful art deco building dating from 1908 currently houses the Vondelparc business complex.
In 2014 the also received 
Utrecht-based design studio man&paard commissioned a large-scale upgrade and renovation and DroomHout was invited to help.
Reception furniture made of solid wood
When you enter the meter-high entrance hall at Vondelparc, the first thing you notice is the beautiful art deco style of the floor, walls and ceiling. Beautiful cast iron railings in the stairwell. In order to provide some contrast to the cold materials in the beautiful whole, it was decided to use beautiful natural materials for the reception furniture and the minibar furniture. The architect chose warm oiled American walnut and DroomHout custom-made this beautiful reception furniture. A piece of furniture made from the same wood was also adapted in the consultation room with eye-catching results.
